RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Kendal African Hub, we aim to provide quality products and reliable service to all customers.

Due to the nature of many food, grocery, frozen, and perishable items sold through our store, we operate a strict returns and refunds policy.


NO REFUNDS POLICY

All sales are considered final.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • change of mind
  • incorrect customer orders
  • taste preferences
  • delays caused by incorrect delivery information provided by the customer

Please ensure all items in your cart are correct before completing checkout.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • food products
  • frozen items
  • fresh produce
  • meat products
  • opened products
  • perishable goods
  • beauty or personal care items once opened


DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If you receive:

  • a damaged item
  • an incorrect item
  • or a missing item

please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Where appropriate, we may:

  • replace the affected item
  • provide store credit
  • or review the issue at our discretion

Photo evidence may be required.


FAILED DELIVERIES

Customers are responsible for:

  • providing accurate delivery information
  • being available during delivery

Missed deliveries or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information may not qualify for refunds or redelivery.

Additional charges may apply for repeat delivery attempts.


ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may only be cancelled before fulfilment preparation begins.

Once an order enters processing or fulfilment, cancellation may no longer be possible.


STORE DISCRETION

Kendal African Hub reserves the right to:

  • refuse refund requests where policy conditions are not met
  • investigate suspicious claims
  • limit abuse of the policy

Nothing in this policy removes your legal rights under applicable UK consumer laws.
